Delivery Term and Conditions

  • The Job Site’s Lift / Gate, must be accessible to minimum package size of 200CM High, 120CM Long and 100CM Wide for Furniture Delivery

  • The customer shall bear all charges and expenses for gate passes, local council permits and warden service when required. WORKSPACE will assist the customer to procure the services of the building facility management on behalf of the customer but the customer shall be responsible to obtain all permits that are required for the job.

  • Please be sure to sign the Delivery Order Note in the presence of the WORKSPACE Delivery representative to indicate your delivery has been received. Examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing or incorrect pieces. In the event that there are missing, damaged or incorrect packages, please retain the item(s), indicate the problem on the Delivery Note and contact us within 48 hours of your delivery. A signed delivery receipt, without notations of missing, damaged or incorrect item(s) represents your acceptance of the complete order in perfect condition. For any other problem with your order, please refer to our return policy.

  • The customer shall ensure that all items in the premises of the customer that are breakable or can otherwise suffer damage during the carriage of goods at the given address are removed beforehand to provide proper unrestricted access throughout. No responsibility shall attach to WORKSPACE for any damage to floors, walls and banisters that may be damaged during delivery and installation of furniture at customer’s premises.

  • During installation our personnel will unpack all furniture and place it where you direct them. You are kindly requested to allow our personnel to work at ease and unsupervised and to present you with the result of their work for your approval once the job has been finalized. You are kindly requested to provide a clean area with decent climate control at their place of work as well as necessary toilet and hand cleaning facilities.

  • Once the delivery date of furniture is confirmed, if customer do not accept the delivery on the planned and acknowledged arrival date, storage charges will be incurred.

Return Policy

  • Goods that have been made to order in a specific finish or upholstery color as per customer’s specifications cannot be returned. Stock items can be returned provided that we are notified within 24 hours of receipt of your order provided the item is returned within 3 days from delivery. The product you return must be in new, unused, condition with all its original packaging and product tags still attached. New and unused shall mean there are no marks on the items or signs of wear and use. The item shall be returned at the charge of the customer. We can collect at a charge to be agreed with our Customer Care personnel.

  • If your order is received damaged or defective, we will endeavor to repair it or a replacement will be manufactured and delivered as soon as possible. No claims whatsoever shall be entertained for a replacement for damaged or missing goods unless it is notified to the delivery personnel at the time of delivery. The manufacturer’s warranty on faulty goods remains valid for the period it is given.

  • Once an order has been placed, it will not in most cases be possible to change the order whatever the reason (ex: mistake, change of mind about colour/ size) if it has entered into the production process. Naturally, we will use our best endeavors to intervene and try and assist you with your request but the ultimate decision rests with the manufacturer whose discretion is not subject to challenge. 

  • If client fails to take delivery of any product on any scheduled delivery date, maximum amount of AED 450/Day storage charge will apply.

WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO PRODUCT DEFECTS, DAMAGE, FAILURE OR LOSS RESULTING FROM:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Failure to apply, install, reconfigure, or maintain products according to published Workspace or manufacturer instructions and guidelines.
  • Abuse, misuse, or accident (including, without limitation, use of product in unsuitable environments or conditions).
  • Damage or marking of materials or scrape of fabric over time caused by sharp or foreign objects.
  • Alteration or modification of the product.
  • Change of color of fabrics and surface materials due to soiling, stains, or dye transfer from clothing, including denim.
  • The substitution of any unauthorized non-Workspace components for use in the place of Workspace components in an integrated product solution, including but not limited to worksurfaces, leg supports, panels, brackets, shelves, overhead bins and other integral components.
  • This warranty specifically excludes coverage of damage related to climate conditions including heat, light, and humidity levels, such as fading, color change, stretching, or shrinking.
  • Company expressly disclaims any liability to customers or end users of its products for special, incidental or consequential damages including damage to or loss of other property or equipment, personal injury, or cost of other damages arising out of or in any way connected with the sale or use of its products. The maximum liability if any, of company for any damages hereunder is limited to the purchase price of the defective or non-conforming products sold pursuant to this transaction. Any action arising hereunder must be brought within the warranty period from the date of sale.
