Warranty and Return Policy Overview

Workspace.ae warrants that Supplied Products are free from defects in materials and production. This warranty is valid from the date of delivery, irrespective of shift usage, to the original End User and is non-transferable. Workspace.ae will fix or replace with comparable product, at its option and free of charge (for materials and components) any product, part or component which fails under normal use. If repair or spare is not commercially practicable, Workspace.ae will provide a refund or credit for the affected product. End User means the final purchaser acquiring a product from workspace.ae for the purchaser’s own use and not for re-sale, remarketing or distribution.


10 Year Warranty
ACE, ARC, AVA Frames, drawers (body and fronts), legs and base and connecting beams.

5 Year Warranty
Height adjustable mechanisms, electronics, and rail mounted that houses power and/or data, or USB. Modesty panels and connectors, wire managers/cable trays.


Frames (Steel, Nylon), seat shell, arm frame structure (Arm Rest Frame), main steel base, stool foot-ring.
Mechanisms, pneumatic cylinders/gas lifts, arm caps, foam, casters and glides.

  • Pursuant to this limited warranty, if a product fails under ordinary use as a result of a defect in materials or production, Workspace.ae will (i) repair or, at Workspace’s option, replace the affected product at no charge, with a new or refurbished product of comparable function, performance and quality or (ii) refund or credit of the purchase price for the affected product, at Workspace’s discretion, if Workspace determines that repair or replacement is not commercially practicable or cannot be timely made.
i)     A product “defect” means an inadequacy in the materials or workmanship of the product that (i) existed at the date of delivery with respect to the product from Workspace to you and (ii) causes a failure of the product to perform under ordinary use in accordance with the materials and documentation accompanying the product.

ii)    An “ordinary use” means use of the product (i) in conformance with all applicable local, state, federal or national laws, codes and regulations (including without limitation building and/or electrical codes) and (ii) in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and/or instructions in the materials and documentation accompanying the product.
  • Replacement parts are covered for 1 year or the balance of the original warranty, whichever is longer.


  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Failure to apply, install, reconfigure, or maintain products according to published Workspace or manufacturer instructions and guidelines.
  • Abuse, misuse, or accident (including, without limitation, use of product in unsuitable environments or conditions).
  • Damage or marking of materials or scrape of fabric over time caused by sharp or foreign objects.
  • Alteration or modification of the product.
  • Change of color of fabrics and surface materials due to soiling, stains, or dye transfer from clothing, including denim.
  • The substitution of any unauthorized non-Workspace components for use in the place of Workspace components in an integrated product solution, including but not limited to worksurfaces, leg supports, panels, brackets, shelves, overhead bins and other integral components.
  • This warranty specifically excludes coverage of damage related to climate conditions including heat, light, and humidity levels, such as fading, color change, stretching, or shrinking.
  • Company expressly disclaims any liability to customers or end users of its products for special, incidental or consequential damages including damage to or loss of other property or equipment, personal injury, or cost of other damages arising out of or in any way connected with the sale or use of its products. The maximum liability if any, of company for any damages hereunder is limited to the purchase price of the defective or non-conforming products sold pursuant to this transaction. Any action arising hereunder must be brought within the warranty period from the date of sale.
For Support and After Sales Services

Return Policy

  • Stock items can be returned provided that we are notified within 24 hours of receipt of your order provided the item is returned within 3 days from delivery. The product you return must be in new, unused, condition with all its original packaging and product tags still attached. New and unused shall mean there are no marks on the items or signs of wear and use.

  • Delivery and assembly costs are not refundable. And based on our evaluation of item condition we will refund the product value.

  • Assembled or made to order items cannot be returned/exchanged.

  • If your order is received damaged or defective, we will endeavor to repair it or a replacement will be manufactured and delivered as soon as possible. No claims whatsoever shall be entertained for a replacement for damaged or missing goods unless it is notified to the delivery personnel at the time of delivery. The manufacturer’s warranty on faulty goods remains valid for the period it is given.

  • Once an order has been placed, it will not in most cases be possible to change the order whatever the reason (ex: mistake, change of mind about colour/ size) if it has entered into the production process. Naturally, we will use our best endeavors to intervene and try and assist you with your request. If client fails to take delivery of any product on any scheduled delivery date, maximum amount of AED 450/Day storage charge will apply.
